The Role

As a member of the executive team, you will contribute to the strategic direction and management of the organisation ensuring operational excellence through all of the corporate functions including people & culture, communications, finance, asset management, information technology, compliance and risk management functions. Specifically, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and Finance Manager to develop budgets for Board approval
  • Ensure the effective management of human resources, ICT framework and business systems
  • Manage governance and policy activities to ensure compliance with legal and financial aspects of reporting
  • Strategically oversee the enterprise risk framework

The position will require some travel across the region.
