Director, Consumer Participation
As a member of the COORDINARE Executive team, Jo is responsible for developing strategy to ‘put consumers front and centre in all that we do’.
Jo supports the team, orchestrating opportunities for meaningful consumer participation across all aspects of COORDINARE’s work. This includes working with general practice on patient centred care and quality enhancements; systematically ensuring the consumer voice is heard when understanding regional health needs, and by involving people in planning, service design and evaluation.
