How commissioning works

Commissioning is defined by the Australian Government (2016) as "a continual and iterative cycle involving the development and implementation of services based on planning, procurement, monitoring and evaluation."

This diagram explains COORDINARE’s commissioning cycle.

COORDINARE’s approach to commissioning also involves an ongoing and collaborative relationship with service providers; working together to ensure contracted deliverables and quality standards are met.

COORDINARE's Commissioning Framework will be released in the coming months and outlines our approach to all commissioning activities.

COORDINARE utilises an electronic procurement system – TenderLink.  All responses to a tender are required to be submitted through the TenderLink system. See www.tenderlink.com/coordinare for more information.
