Mission Australia - Weavers program

Supported by COORDINARE, Weavers is a carer peer-to-peer model that connects carers with a mentor, also known as a Weaver, who has lived experience as a carer.

In the Shoalhaven, carers can get personal support, social connection and help from Mission Australia with the issues people they are facing as a carer.
