How to apply

Applications for this project must be submitted through COORDINARE’s Tenderlink site (*please note that Chrome is the preferred server to access this site). You will need to register on the site before you can access the submission portal (registration is free). You will receive a time and date stamped confirmation after successful submission.

Please ensure you read each assessment criterion carefully and answer each component and section of the submission form by considering all information provided.

Documents can be attached which are directly relevant to your response. Please avoid attaching large documents as there is an upload limit of 2GB per attachment. If the documents are large, can you please specify the page number(s) / section(s) directly relevant to your response.

All questions about the application process or content can be submitted anonymously via the online forum following registration on Tenderlink. Please note that any questions, answers and points of clarification will be shared with all other providers participating in the application. Any identifying information about the organisation submitting the question will be removed.  

Next steps

  • applications close 5pm Wednesday 22 July 2020
  • applications will be shortlisted by a review panel
  • practices successfully shortlisted will be asked to submit a project plan
  • you will be contacted on or before Wednesday 12 August 2020 to inform you if your practice has been successful
  • selected practices will then:
    • work with COORDINARE to sign an agreement to participate
    • establish timelines
    • develop an implementation plan
    • implement your chosen activity.
