Carer Gateway | 1800 422 737: Provides information about services and support available for people who care for someone with disability, chronic illness, dementia, mental illness or who are frail aged. Available 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Child Protection Helpline | 132 111: 24/7 telephone service for people who suspect, on reasonable grounds, that a child is suffering abuse or neglect, or for those who wish to discuss concerns about a child or young person.

Mensline Australia | 1300 789 978: A telephone and online support, information and referral service, helping men to deal with relationship problems in a practical and effective way.

NSW Mental Health Access Line | 1800 011 511: A state-wide 24/7 telephone service which provides NSW residents access to expert mental health advice, support and referrals for people dealing with a mental health problem and their families and carers.

Palliative Care After Hours Helpline | 1800 548 225: A telephone service that provides professional information, support and advice for palliative care patients, their carers, parents and families as well as health professionals during the after hours period 7 days a week.

Parent Line | 1300 130 052: A telephone counselling, information and referral service for parents of children aged 0-18 providing information and support about concerns of child development and disabilities. They are available 9am-9pm Monday to Friday, and 4pm-9pm on weekends.
