COORDINARE funds FREE and confidential mental health support for residents of Tathra and surrounds affected by the bushfires. If you or someone you care about is experiencing difficult feelings or emotions as a result of the fires, you can find a mental health professional who provides the Bushfire Recovery Psychological Support Service.
This service will run until 31 March 2020 and offers:
Individuals requiring additional services will be referred back to their GP for consideration of a Mental Health Treatment Plan to access ongoing support.
These services can be accessed without the need to complete a referral form or a mental health treatment plan, simply contact one of the registered providers and advise you would like to access services under the Bushfire Recovery Psychological Support Service.
