The Shoalhaven Bridge Program provides support and treatment for people with drug and alcohol issues in the Shoalhaven. This service includes:

  • one-on-one and group support sessions
  • service referrals
  • drug and alcohol education sessions.

PATHWAYS PROGRAM IN SOUTHERN NSW

Directions Health’s confidential 'Pathways to Recovery' programs offer people impacted by drug or alcohol related issues in Southern NSW regions a range of non-judgemental, holistic, harm minimisation-based services. The Pathways programs are for people of all ages, including family members.

MUDJILALI ABORIGINAL MEN’S GROUP IN SOUTHERN NSW

The Mudjilali Men’s Group project collaborates with partner agencies and elders to run Aboriginal men’s groups across the lower south coast of New South Wales in Eden, Wallaga Lake and Bega.

The Mudjilali meets an important need for soft entry drug and alcohol services on the lower south coast of NSW.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL BROKERAGE PROGRAM

Waminda, the South Coast Women's Health & Welfare Aboriginal Corporation, provides a Drug and Alcohol Brokerage program.

This program is for Aboriginal women and their families affected by substance misuse in the Illawarra Shoalhaven and Far South Coast regions.

LINKED PROGRAM IN YASS

The Linked program in Yass is a free program for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples under 25 who are impacted by drug or alcohol issues.

This is an outreach service and safe space for young people to have a yarn about alcohol, smoking and other drugs concerns and help you to improve your health and wellbeing.

MOBILE DRUG AND ALCOHOL SERVICES

COORDINARE is pleased to announce that Lives Lived Well has been commissioned to establish a new drug and alcohol rehabilitation service for people in Jervis Bay, St Georges Basin and Sanctuary Point areas of the Shoalhaven. Read the media release here.
