Supporting people living with dementia to plan ahead

For people living with dementia, a loss of mobility has been linked with a reduction in quality of life and increased rapid cognitive decline.

The CarFreeMe program for people living with dementia provides support to older people who may be still driving and wish to plan ahead for a time when they can no longer drive.
