How commissioning works

Commissioning Framework 1910

This diagram explains COORDINARE’s commissioning cycle.

Commissioning is defined by the Australian Government (2016) as "a continual and iterative cycle involving the development and implementation of services based on planning, procurement, monitoring and evaluation."

COORDINARE’s approach to commissioning also involves an ongoing and collaborative relationship with service providers; working together to ensure contracted deliverables and quality standards are met.

COORDINARE utilises an electronic procurement system – TenderLink.  All responses to a tender are required to be submitted through the TenderLink system. See for more information.
