Psychosocial support - Strengthening Local Communities

The National Psychosocial Support (NPS) measure is a Commonwealth-funded initiative aimed at providing psychosocial support services to assist people with reduced psychosocial functional capacity, who are not eligible for assistance through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

COORDINARE, the South Eastern NSW PHN, have allocated a portion of this funding to support a community grants program and invites local community organisations to apply for grant funding for group based activities that will promote community resilience and enhance community wellbeing, whilst delivering mental health and wellbeing benefits to individuals.
