Free mental health coaching now available in South Eastern NSW

A free mental health coaching program developed by Beyond Blue is now available in South Eastern NSW. NewAccess, delivered in conjunction with Wellways and COORDINARE, is a six-session program offering practical advice on how to manage the pressures, worries and stresses of life.

Location announced for headspace Batemans Bay

Building works at the new headspace for the Batemans Bay region have commenced, with Relationships Australia joining COORDINARE – South Eastern NSW PHN and Fiona Phillips MP, Member for Gilmore to announce the location of the centre at 1/11 Clyde Street, Batemans Bay.
