New videos to support people bereaved by suicide

The Illawarra Shoalhaven Suicide Prevention Collaborative (the Collaborative) today launched a suite of 11 videos as part of a campaign supporting people who are bereaved by suicide. This includes two compilation videos entitled ‘What helped us get through' and ‘What would you say to someone recently bereaved? ’.

Free mental health coaching now available in South Eastern NSW

A free mental health coaching program developed by Beyond Blue is now available in South Eastern NSW. NewAccess, delivered in conjunction with Wellways and COORDINARE, is a six-session program offering practical advice on how to manage the pressures, worries and stresses of life.
