RESET Program Ulladulla

The RESET Program provides individual AOD support, helping young people to reach their recovery goals.

Provided by mission Australia, this program supports young people 12 - 24 years who are experiencing unstable housing, socioeconomically disadvantage in contact with the criminal justice and or at risk of substance abuse.

Rural Outreach Mental Health Service

The Rural Outreach Mental Health Service (ROMHS) provides free clinical support from a mental health nurse to people with complex mental health issues in the Shoalhaven, Shellharbour and Kiama regions, and Southern NSW. This is a free service available via referral.

SANE Australia provide 24 hour access to online forums and peer support regarding life's difficulties. You can chat with others in similar situations including lived experience or friends, family and carers forums.

Shared Medical Appointments (SMAs) or ‘group consultations’ is a model of care that increases access to care, reduce costs, utilises peer support, and improves consumer and provider satisfaction. SMAs target a particular chronic condition and aim to improve health outcomes.

The South Coast Medical Service Aboriginal Corporation (SCMSAC) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) providing health and health-related services relevant to the wellbeing and to the benefit of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities throughout the Shoalhaven.

South-Eastern Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Clinic

Located at Milton Medical Centre, the South-Eastern NSW Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Clinic offers assessment and diagnosis, support, and education via a multidisciplinary team, including doctors and a specialist nurse.

Group education sessions are presented by a gynaecologist, physiotherapist, sexologist, psychologist, nutritionist, and meditation instructor.

The St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney (SVHS) Chronic Pain Service provides an Outreach Chronic Pain Management Education and Service for the Southern NSW catchment area. The outreach service provides telehealth, multidisciplinary support and outreach site visits for clinical service delivery and clinician training and education.
