Message from our Chair and CEO
As the Chair and CEO of COORDINARE - South Eastern NSW PHN, it is a great
pleasure for us to present our second Report Card.

It has been an exciting year and we would like to thank our partners, stakeholders
and local health professionals for working with us towards our vision for a more
coordinated regional health system which provides exceptional care, promotes
healthy choices and supports resilient communities.
