Chronic Pain Shared Medical Appointment Grants now live!

COORDINARE is commissioning general practices to implement the Chronic Pain Self-Management Shared Medical Appointments program into their practice workflow, to contribute to better health outcomes for people living with chronic pain.

Strengthening Medicare GP Grants announced

COORDINARE welcomes the Australian Government announcement of the Strengthening Medicare – General Practice (GP) Grants Program that will allow all general practices and eligible Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations to expand patient access and improve their services.

New adult mental health services for Shellharbour, Moruya and other locations in NSW
21 April 2023
COORDINARE welcomes the announcement of additional free walk-in mental health care services for adults soon to be available in NSW, with locations for new Head to Health services agreed between the Australian and NSW Governments.

Our contract management system
Develop and monitor commissioning contracts
If you are a contracted mental health or alcohol and other drugs (AOD) provider you are now invited to access and use our contract management system, Folio, to report service plans, budgets, unaudited and audited financial statements, and invoices.
