External Link Call nowMedicare Mental Health provides free and confidential mental health advice, support, and guidance. Anyone in Australia can call the phone service on 1800 595 212 for themselves or on behalf of someone they care for, to find the best mental health and wellbeing support.
Experienced staff can help connect people with the right support, whether that’s with one of the Medicare Mental Health services or from another free or low-cost mental health provider.

Medicare Mental Health Check In
External Link Learn moreThis is a free digital mental health service for people aged 16 years and over who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, worried or experiencing low mood. No referral or diagnosis is needed.
Through online tools and optional support from a qualified practitioner via telehealth, the service helps people experiencing mild mental health challenges build practical skills to manage and improve their mental health. Read more here.

Medicare Mental Health Centres

Centres offer immediate support for people in distress, including their family and carers. They are staffed by qualified professionals

Kids Hubs
