headspace Bega provides a safe and confidential environment for young people aged 12-25 to access mental health, alcohol and other drugs and physical health support services, as well as work and study assistance.

They also offer outpost services to Eden, Narooma and Cooma, and can arrange outreach to Merimbula and Bombala.
