MyRecovery

MyRecovery provides free, recovery-focused support for people aged 12 and over living with ongoing or complex mental health challenges across South Eastern NSW.

Delivered by a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, mental health nurses and peer workers, the program helps people build on their strengths, improve their mental and physical wellbeing, develop practical life skills, and connect with community and support services.

Support is tailored to individual goals and can also involve family and carers where appropriate.

Who can access this service

Anyone aged 12 years and older living in South Eastern NSW with a complex mental health condition.

Referrals are welcomed from anyone, including self-referrals, family members, carers, GPs and other service providers.

  • Community members are encouraged to access the program through the Medicare Mental Health phone line on 1800 595 212. Alternatively, you can also complete an online form here.
  • If you are a GP or service provider, click here to refer a consumer to MyRecovery.
