Peer Academy youth co-design EOI

This expression of interest form helps us learn more about you and your interest in the Peer Academy codesign process.

We want to ensure the codesign group includes people with relevant lived and/or living experience, and that participation is as inclusive, accessible and comfortable as possible.

After you submit this short and simple form, a lived experience worker from COORDINARE will contact you about next steps. If we need to clarify any of your responses, we will contact you using the details you provide.  
 
We anticipate a large response to this opportunity. In the case that we are unable to support your participation in this co-design round, we hope to see your interest expressed in the Peer Academy pilot.
