Neil Fraser has held various lived experience roles with NSW Health championing consumer-centered healthcare through lived experience leadership and peer support innovation. 
  
With over a decade of leadership and support experience spanning NSW Health, Primary Health Networks, and Commonwealth agencies, Neil brings authentic lived experience perspective to healthcare transformation. He has contributed to initiatives including virtual suicide prevention outreach and consumer-led research through NHMRC-funded studies. 
  
Neil’s expertise spans mental health, population health, suicide prevention, LGBTQI+ health, and alcohol & drug services, with proven success in policy development and service delivery. Ministerially appointed to the Australian Digital Health Agency Board consumer advisory group, has also held governance positions with Positive Life NSW, NSW Users & AIDS Association, and Health Consumers NSW.
