Peers at the table season 2

Expression of interest

Following the success of our first season, Peers at the Table is returning for a second series of conversations that continue to explore the ideas, experiences and perspectives shaping peer work and lived experience leadership across our region.

Developed by COORDINARE, Peers at the Table creates a space for meaningful dialogue that challenges assumptions, explores concepts that influence the design and delivery of health services, and elevates the voices of people with lived and living experience.

As we develop season 2, we are inviting expressions of interest from people who would like to contribute to the conversation.

Whether you are a Peer Worker, lived experience leader, peer employer, ally or someone who has or could have benefited from peer support, we want to hear from you. You may have a story to share, a topic you'd like us to explore, a myth you'd like us to bust, or an innovative idea about how we can improve help-seeking experiences and transform care.

Sharing our stories can be empowering and cathartic, but it can also bring up difficult emotions from time to time, so it is really important that it is the right time in your journey to be involved.

With this in mind, we will be asking some questions about your current supports and wellbeing strategies. If reflecting brings up any difficult emotions, we encourage you to pause and access support from your own personal or professional support network, or link into one of our commissioned services.

We look forward to hearing your ideas and exploring how you might be involved in season 2 of Peers at the Table!
