COORDINARE – South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network is proud to fund two new healthy ageing programs, Wellness 2 Age and Walk 2 Connect, delivered by Healthy Cities Australia in partnership with Charles Sturt University.
Launching from the week of 10 August 2026, the programs will support older people to stay active, connected and independent in their local communities.
The programs are open to people aged over 60, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 and over.
Wellness 2 Age supports people with goals relating to mobility, cognition and everyday independence. Walk 2 Connect offers a supportive group walking program for people who want to be more active and socially connected.
