October is Mental Health Awareness Month
1 October 2025
October is Mental Health Awareness Month. The 2025 theme, “Taking Steps on Your Wellbeing Journey”, reminds us that wellbeing is not a final destination but a continuous process, where even small steps count.
Across South Eastern NSW, COORDINARE and commissioned providers are supporting people to take meaningful steps, big or small, toward better mental health through connection, accessible supports, and lived experience.
Delivering meaningful impact in our region
COORDINARE supports a diverse range of commissioned mental health services - from Mental Health Hubs, Medicare Mental Health Centres, headspace services, C2BMe - RACH supports, Aboriginal mental health programs, to low intensity and severe & complex care.
