2026 APNA conference scholarship

Overview

COORDINARE is pleased to be able to offer two General Practice Nurses (from different practices) the opportunity to attend the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA) Festival of Nursing 2026 conference in Melbourne. The two-day conference will run from Thursday 30th July to Saturday 1st August.  

Each scholarship recipient may receive up to $2,500 to support the cost of conference registration, accommodation, flights, and associated travel expenses (including transfers and meals).

Successful applicants will agree to have their photograph published and to share their conference experience through COORDINARE communications, such as the website and e-newsletters. This may include an interview, a written article, or taking part in an online education event.

Selection criteria

To apply for this scholarship, you must:

  • be a registered General Practice Nurse working within South Eastern NSW PHN catchment

  • have a completed application form supported and signed by your manager 

All applications are then reviewed by an evaluation panel.

Applications close AEST 5pm 29 May 2026. 

To apply for this scholarship, complete all sections of the application form and email the completed form to events@coordinare.org.au

Applicants will be notified of the outcome within 1-2 weeks of the application closing date. 

Please note* submitting an incomplete application may disqualify you from the evaluation process.
