Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program
The Commonwealth Psychosocial Support (CPS) Program provides FREE, short-term support for people aged 16 and over who are living with severe mental health challenges.
The program helps you work towards personal recovery goals, improve wellbeing, build social connections, and access the services and supports you need.
Support may include one-on-one peer support, group activities, service navigation, and assistance with NDIS applications if appropriate.
