The Bega Mental Health Hub offers free, confidential support for adults experiencing moderate psychological distress.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just not quite yourself, their team provides evidence-based therapies, helpful information, and a safe space to talk.

Open Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

No appointment needed – just walk in
