REBUILD Universal Aftercare
REBUILD is a free, voluntary, peer-led aftercare program that supports people who have experienced a suicide attempt or suicidal crisis.
The program is available to people aged 16 years and over. Young people aged 14 -15 years may also be eligible with informed consent and appropriate support arrangements in place.
The program combines lived experience peer support with care coordination to help people stay safe, address situational stressors contributing to distress, and connect with practical, health, social, and community-based supports.

Who can access this service
The program is available to people aged 16 years and over who have experienced a suicide attempt or suicidal crisis. Young people aged 14 -15 may be considered with informed consent and appropriate supports.
There are two ways to access REBUILD support.
- You can be referred by a health or community professional, who will complete a referral form with you. Your consent is required before support can be provided.
- Alternatively, you can refer yourself by completing the online form, and a member of the REBUILD team will contact you to discuss your needs.
