St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney Chronic Pain Service

The St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney (SVHS) Chronic Pain Service provides an Outreach Chronic Pain Management Education and Service for the Southern NSW catchment area. A collaboration between SVHS Pain Team, COORDINARE, and Southern NSW LHD, the outreach service provides telehealth, multidisciplinary support and outreach site visits for clinical service delivery and clinician training and education.
