The Brother to Brother crisis line provides phone support for Aboriginal men who need someone to talk to about relationship issues, family violence, parenting, drug and alcohol issues or who are struggling to cope for other reasons.

The line is staffed by Aboriginal men, including Elders, who have a lived experience in the issues that the line offers support for.

Clean Slate Clinic is a virtual healthcare service in Australia, offering medically supervised, home-based withdrawal and recovery support for individuals looking to change their relationship with alcohol, cannabis, or stimulants.

By delivering care via telehealth, Clean Slate removes traditional barriers to detox - enabling people to safely begin their recovery journey from the comfort and privacy of their own homes.

The comprehensive 12-month program provides:

• A program induction to help you prepare psychologically, socially and physically for detox success post withdrawal
• Prescriptions for medication to manage withdrawal symptoms if needed
• A recovery plan and post detox review with a doctor from Clean Slate Clinic
• Prescriptions for medication to reduce cravings after the detox if needed
• Access to a peer support group managed by Clean Slate Clinic
• With your consent, updates to your regular GP so they can also support your recovery
• Scheduled follow-up calls with a specialist nurse from Clean Slate Clinic
• Strategies to help you in the event of a relapse.

The model is flexible and responsive, designed to meet each person’s goals and level of readiness for change.

Empowering Recovery and Resilience is a Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Wellbeing Program that supports people in the Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla, and Bega Valley who are facing challenges with alcohol and drug use, mental health, housing, and more.

Provided by Salt, this program assists people aged 16 years and over who are experiencing homelessness, recently released from prison, or experiencing disadvantage by providing safe housing, recovery support, and pathways back into the community.

The program offers a comprehensive model of service that includes:

• Immediate housing assistance
• Drug and alcohol assessment and case planning
• Trauma-informed recovery programs
• Integrated mental health support
• Employment and vocational training programs
• Long-term housing assistance
• Reintegration and independent living skills programs

Grand Pacific Health is a not-for-profit, primary health care organisation providing locally-tailored, high-quality services.

Services include physical health, mental health, youth health, Aboriginal health and chronic disease management.

GPH covers a large portion of South Eastern NSW, with over 20 hubs including 6 headspace centres and 2 GP clinics in Shell Cove and Nowra.
