Our team of Health Coordination Consultants

Every general practice in South Eastern NSW has a Health Coordination Consultant (HCC) from COORDINARE. HCCs work collaboratively with stakeholders within the community to facilitate improvements through health system redesign.

They are the 'go to' person for health care providers in the area, working closely with GPs and their practices to improve quality of care and access the latest technology. See below our team of HCCs and the areas they support.
