    New Access is a structured, six-session program designed by Beyond Blue to help people manage stress and cope with emerging mental health issues. Service staff are specially trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, guiding people through a proven, evidence-based program.

  • COVID-19 vaccine rollout phase 1B update

    From Monday 22 March the first general practices will begin to support the COVID-19 vaccination program. The number of services coming online from next week will progressively increase in number between now and the end of April – as part of Phase 1B of Australia’s COVID-19 vaccine program.

  • Holistic drug and alcohol treatment service opens in Bega Valley

    South Coast residents impacted by drugs and alcohol can access a new support service. The Sapphire Health and Wellbeing Service (SHaWs) delivers a holistic drug and alcohol treatment program for people in the Bega Valley, with a focus on Bega, Eden, Bermagui, and Wallaga Lake communities.
