NewAccess mental health coaching

From 30 June 2026, Beyond Blue's NewAccess program will be closing, following the introduction of the Medicare Mental Health Check-in program. Beyond Blue has made the decision to cease NewAccess nationally to reduce duplication across low-intensity mental health services. Learn more about the Medicare Mental Health Check-in program here.

Free non-clinical support for people 16 years and over with a severe and complex mental health condition. Also provides support to apply for NDIS if primarily 'Psychosocial Disability' and Service Navigation. Available via telehealth and across multiple locations.
