An introductory video and three modules have been developed to support general practices with tender and submission writing, these are available on our videos page.
Practices applying for funding will have the opportunity to replicate or adapt a pre-defined model of care or to develop their own service model, in view of recent reforms within use of telehealth.
Practices wanting to adapt or replicate a model of care can view work done by practices previously funded on the COORDINARE website here.
Practices wishing to see other ideas for quality improvement (QI) can view QI recipes on the COORDINARE website here.
An industry briefing webinar will be held on Wednesday 24 June 2020 at 1pm. This will be an opportunity to hear about the program and to ask questions in a shared forum. Please register your attendance by clicking here.
All questions about the application process or content can be submitted anonymously via the online forum following registration on Tenderlink (*please note that Chrome is the preferred server to access this site). Please note that any questions, answers and points of clarification will be shared with all other providers participating in the application. Any identifying information about the organisation submitting the question will be removed.
