Illawarra Shoalhaven Specialist Community Palliative Care Service

The Illawarra Shoalhaven Specialist Community Palliative Care Service operates out of community health centres across the district. Patients must be referred by a doctor and ‘linked’ to the Palliative Care Service prior to receiving specialist palliative care support services.

Integrated Recovery Services - Grand Pacific Health

Integrated Recovery Services (IRS) is a medium term clinical service for adults who are experiencing serious or complex mental health issues.

Comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and collaborative person centred recovery planning are provided by Mental Health Clinicians and Peer Workers. IRS works towards clinical stabilisation and increasing self-management skills.

Katungul Aboriginal Corporation Regional Health and Community Services provide culturally appropriate health care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities on the Far South Coast of NSW. Their facilities include general practice and medical and dental clinics.
