The NSW Domestic Violence Line is available 24/7 and provides counselling and referrals to women experiencing domestic and family violence. You can free call the NSW Domestic Violence Line on 1800 65 64 63.

The Oolong Aboriginal Corporation (Oolong House) is an Aboriginal community-owned and managed residential facility based in Nowra. Oolong House provides culturally appropriate drug and alcohol prevention, education, treatment, rehabilitation and aftercare services for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal men from the Shoalhaven region and across the state.

Open Arms can provide individual, couple and family counselling to help improve your resilience, as well as enhance your mental health and wellbeing. All counselling is free and confidential, and available 24/7 to Navy, Army and Air Force personnel, veterans and their families.

The Overdose Lifesavers website aims to support people affected by opioid overdose and thinking about using take-home naloxone and inform the public about overdose and what can be done about it. To access naloxone without a prescription, find your local registered pharmacy here.
